What is an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist?
As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including talk therapy, cognitive behavioural techniques, mindfulness, and creative methods such as art or music.
This flexible, personalised approach ensures I can provide support that is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, helping them express emotions, change unhelpful patterns, and enhance overall well-being.
What is Rewind Therapy?

Rewind Therapy is a therapeutic technique designed to help individuals process and overcome trauma, anxiety, phobias, and negative memories. It works by guiding you through a relaxation process and then "rewinding" the traumatic memory in a way that reduces its emotional impact.
This technique is quick, non-invasive, and doesn't require you to relive painful experiences in detail. It's often used for conditions like PTSD, phobias, and past trauma, providing fast relief and helping you feel more in control of your emotions.
If you're struggling with past experiences or overwhelming emotions, Rewind Therapy can be a gentle and effective way to regain peace and emotional balance.
