My name is Monique, I'm a registered member of the BACP and a Integrative Counsellor providing counselling to Children and Young People between the ages of 13-24. I specialise in Creative Therapy with Children and Young People, Life transitions, Depression, Trauma, Anxiety, Self-esteem issues, Self-harm, Stress (which includes stress related to COVID), Suicidal feelings and much more....

Sessions will be available either on:
Zoom, Skype and Microsoft Teams
Zoom, Skype and Microsoft Teams are designed for sessions to be online. Mo Counselling will use Zoom, Skype and Microsoft Teams for 1-to-1 counselling sessions in a private and secure room.
Telephone counselling also known as Phone therapy is the process of talking to a therapist via telephone. Telephone counselling will also be taken place in a private and secure room.
Where I'm based and what I offer?
I practice from North London from Tuesday and Thursday evenings. I offer both short- and long-term services.
I also like to offer a free 15-30 minutes initial consultation appointment to allow you the opportunity to see how I can suport you and also for us to get to know each other.
1:1 Counselling Session are £40-£60
